What is Recap?

Recap is a UK crypto tax calculator and portfolio tracker for individual investors and accountants. It imports transaction history from exchanges and wallets through API sync, on-chain support and CSV files, then calculates capital gains and income tax under HMRC rules, including bed and breakfast and share pooling. Users can preview gains for free, generate reports for the SA108 and tax return, and share data with an accountant. A portfolio tracker shows holdings in pounds. It is sold with a free start and paid plans.
