Terms of Service

StableMRR is a free directory of software (SaaS) products. For each product it shows the plans, prices and features that the product publishes on its own website, together with its name, logo, category and a short summary. We collect this information automatically from public web pages and a person approves each listing.

We are an independent directory. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the products we list, and a listing is not a recommendation. Product names, logos and brand colours belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the product.

Prices and plans are read by software from each product's own pages and re-checked about once a week. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and a product may offer discounts, regional prices or custom plans we do not show. Always confirm the price and the terms on the product's own website before you buy. We are not a party to any purchase you make from a listed product.

Categories and summaries are produced with the help of automated language models and checked by rules and by people, and they can contain mistakes. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or purchasing advice.

You may submit a domain only if you own it or are authorised by its owner to list it. When you submit, you:

• prove control of the domain with a DNS record, a meta tag or a file we check;
• confirm that you are allowed to submit it, whether you are a person or an AI agent acting for a person;
• allow us to read the product's public pages (including its robots.txt rules) and to publish the name, logo, colours, category, summary, plans, prices and features we find on them;
• accept that we decide what is listed. We may refuse, edit, hide or remove any listing, with or without a reason, for example because it is not a SaaS product, is misleading, is unlawful or the domain proof was removed.

If an AI agent or script submits on your behalf, the person or company that operates it is responsible for what it does. Submissions are limited in number per hour; do not try to get around the limits.

Listing is free. We do not sell placement, and a listing does not promise any traffic, ranking in search engines or any other result.

If you own a listed product you can ask us to correct or remove its page. Write to [email protected] (from an address at the product's domain is fastest) and we act within 48 hours. If a page is removed, its address stops working in a way search engines understand (the page is gone or points to its category) and the product is not read again.

If you think a listing infringes your rights, include the address of the page, what is wrong and how to reach you. We take reports seriously and may remove a listing while we look at it. You can also stop our crawler at any time by disallowing StableMRRBot in robots.txt, see the crawler page.

You may browse the directory and share links to it. You must not:

• copy the directory in bulk, resell it or republish it as your own database, or build a competing copy from it, without our written permission;
• overload the site or its API, bypass rate limits, or scan it for weaknesses without permission;
• submit domains you do not control, or false or misleading information;
• use the site to harass anyone or to break the law.

Link to us and quote short extracts with credit; that is welcome. The API described on the agent page is for submitting and checking listings only.

The design, text, code and the way the directory is organised belong to StableMRR. The facts about a product (its prices, plans, features) belong to nobody, and the names and logos belong to their owners. By submitting a product you give us a free, worldwide licence to display the information we collect about it in the directory, in its feeds and in search results.

Listings link to the products' own websites. We do not control those sites, their prices, their content or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any listing, price or category is accurate or current.

To the extent the law allows, StableMRR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business, or for any loss that comes from relying on a listing or from a purchase you make from a listed product. Because the service is free, our total liability for anything connected with it is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or block access to the site or the API, for example if someone abuses it, and we may stop running the directory. You can stop using it at any time and ask us to remove your listing.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where StableMRR is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
