What is Qards?
Qards is a digital Kamishibai and operational discipline platform for manufacturing teams and Lean consultants. It replaces paper check cards with flexible boards for Kamishibai checks, layered process audits, leader standard work and 5S rounds. Operators log tasks on mobile at the workstation, report issues with one click, and leaders follow live plan versus actual execution by team and board. A TV mode turns screens into a digital Andon board, and reports correlate execution with KPIs such as output, OEE and defect rate. It is sold through an annual site license and custom multi-site pricing, with operators free.
