What is Leantime?

Leantime is open source project management software built for people who do not manage projects professionally, with a focus on ADHD and neurodivergent work styles. It combines a personal work dashboard with time blocking, private notes, emoji task ratings and AI prioritization, plus team project spaces with to dos, milestones, blueprints, docs, reports, timesheets and retrospectives. Tasks can be viewed as Kanban, table or list, and whiteboards support mind maps and wireframes. It suits small businesses, product teams and consulting agencies, and is sold with a free plan and paid tiers.
