What is Flatfight?
Flatfight is a dispute management tool for SaaS, course and membership businesses that sell on Stripe. It connects to Stripe and optional sources such as PostHog, Segment, RudderStack, Teachable and Thinkific to collect proof of customer activity, accepted policies and support messages, then builds a fact-checked evidence package for each chargeback.
