What is OneUptime?

OneUptime is an open-source observability and incident management platform for DevOps, SRE and platform teams. It combines uptime and synthetic monitoring, status pages, on-call scheduling and alerting, incident management and scheduled maintenance with observability data such as logs, metrics, traces, exceptions, profiling and real user monitoring. Infrastructure coverage spans Kubernetes, Docker, hosts, cloud and network devices, alongside an AI agent that investigates incidents and proposes fix pull requests. It is sold as a cloud service with a free plan and no credit card required, and can also be self-hosted.

First ask me three short questions about my team size, budget and what I need it for. Then recommend one plan, tell me what could make it a bad fit, and compare it with the alternatives. Finish with what I should check on the vendor's site before I pay.
