What is AppSignal?

AppSignal is an application performance monitoring and error tracking platform for developers working in Ruby, Elixir, Node.js, Python, Go, Java, PHP and Rust. It collects exceptions with backtraces, tracks response times and slow queries, and adds host monitoring, uptime checks, anomaly detection, log management and custom metric dashboards. Distributed tracing and deploy tracking help connect errors to the code and release that caused them. An MCP server lets AI coding assistants query production data. It is sold with a free tier for small request volumes, a full-featured trial and paid plans.
